Legazpi City Friendly Travels around the City
As tasked today,March 16, 2011, to represent St Agnes Academy, as per request from Judge Amy Rosero, who is not available and my wife Arlene is not also available, I find the time with my busy schedule to attend the public hearing to defend and protect most especially the riding public and the students in particular....for the fare impending fare increase, that even 1 peso can affect the studentry, as the hearing goes....but with interrogation and inputs from the different sectors of Legaspi, two of the most salient proposals that would make legaspi a travel friendly city,,,was that: it would 20% discounts to students, senior citizens and invalids , which means,, they will enjoy a rate of P6.40 fare as compared to the previous of P7.00, to the proposed P8.00,, and 2.) that there will be a flat rate of P50.00 for trycicles coming from the legaspi airport, to any point in Legaspi City, like the embarcadero, Rawis , Albay,, and other designated areas...Although the jeepney fares were not tackled, but probably it will probably hold true and the same with jeepney discounts for students, senior citizens and disabled as well as the riding public.... Mission accomplised at around 11:15 am,,, just on time for my lunch time with my Son, Anton , a first year high school student in st agnes.. as well as my daughter Nikki, who is a 3rd year high school student....both at ST Agnes Academy.... The SAA-PTA, has for its utmost concern, the students wholesome development for their God Given talents, in cooperation with the teachers, and the school, as supplement for their lifes skills challenges and opportunities...Have a nice DAy Everyone and God Bless Us All....
